The principle of flocking is to make use of the physical properties of electric charge like repel and opposite attract. The quality problems of flocking mainly include the following:

2.This relative to the customer requirements, the fluffs height is not enough: Customers require 1.0mm gross height, many factories often have 0.8MM ffluffs height replace, inexperienced people often can not distinguish, then you can use a magnifying glass to see.

3.Very important point: the firmness of the fluffs, this distinction is also relatively simple, hard nails directly scraped. If the fastness is not good, shave it off immediately. If there are no nails, consider coins or other hard things instead.

4.Others: such as formaldehyde content, wet grinding, dry cleaning and washing, and sun exposure, can not be felt by the naked eye and feel, and need to be tested by professional institutions.
