The Hong Kong Toy Fair will return from January 9-12, 2023 after two consecutive periods of suspension

Restart as an industry premiere

After two consecutive offline exhibitions in 2021 and 2022, Hong Kong Toy Fair will return to its regular schedule in 2023. It is scheduled to restart in Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center from January 9 to 12. It will be the first professional toy fair in the world next year, and also the most influential toy fair in Asia. The Hong Kong Trade Development Council Hong Kong Baby Products Fair and the Hong Kong International Stationery Fair will also be held at the same time. Under this year’s theme, “Play to Combine – Family and Beyond,” the fair returns to a broad coverage of all types of products, from tech to classics to so-called “adult” products and more.

In addition, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the Expo’s producer, will once again organise an exciting educational programme series. Activities will be held during the fair to keep visitors informed of the latest industry developments and strengthen their networks. As in the past, the Hong Kong Toy Industry Conference 2023 will share insights on global and regional toy industry trends. Visitors from the United States will be able to attend most of the events, thanks to changes to the COVID-19 mitigation plan. Passengers will be subject to a “test and go” process upon arrival. After a negative PCR test at the airport, visitors will be given a “blue” code on the Safe Away from Home app (which must be downloaded upon arrival) and will be allowed to move freely around most of Hong Kong.

For those who are not ready to travel, the fair will be visited online in a brand new Exhibition + model that blends online and offline displays. The show will be broadcast live from January 9 to 19.
